The celebrations begin on Saturday 18 July with performances from

 12:15pm: Shades of Grey

Shades of Grey band are proud to be the first band to play on the fabulous renewed Telford Amphitheatre. The band have been together for 15 years, but having sadly lot a member 3 years ago, decided to call it a day. But after some soul searching, and a change of name, here we are. We have played many festivals all over the country and are supporting Dr Feelgood at the Robin 2.
Expect mainly upbeat covers from the likes of The Jam, Amy Winehouse, Cockney Rebel, Bruce Springsteen, James, Tom Petty , Culture Club and many more…

1:30pm: Caradoc & The Loachra

Caradoc and the Loachra are something completely different… Packing a huge sound for just a 2 piece band, they combine heavy hitting rocking riffing’s with sprinkles of psychedelia. Unique rhythms mold it all together. All the while you can’t help bop you head with chant along choruses and infectious vibrant energy…” They are definitely not to missed as they seem to burst from nowhere with their iconic sound and storm stages across the UK!

 2:45pm: Stomping Jacks

The Stomping Jacks are a rhythm-fueled blues, funk, rock and soul revival from Shrewsbury, UK, bringing raw grooves, old-school swagger and electrifying showmanship to every stage.
Drawing inspiration from the likes of Sonny Boy Williamson, Dr. Feelgood, The Beatles, Al Green, Little Walter, James Brown, The Meters and The Rolling Stones, The Stomping Jacks craft a sound that’s sophisticated, soulful and ahead of their years. It’s blues with bite, funk with grit, soul with purpose and rock with real roots.
Whether you’re into soulful originals, vintage tones or frontmen who command the stage with energy and rhythm, The Stomping Jacks are the band to watch, listen to and sweat with whatever the occasion.

4:00pm: Collision

“Playing the Amphitheatre feels a bit surreal. Between us, we’ve spent many a time watching bands there in the early 90’s, nursing warm drinks, and confidently declaring, “We could do that.” Years later, It turns out someone eventually took us seriously!
“We’re delighted to be swapping the audience for the stage and adding our names to playing such an icon venue that’s hosted so many memorable concerts for us”.
.

5:15pm: The Endings

The Endings are an energetic five-piece band based in Shropshire, known for their high-octane fusion of Celtic Rock with a unique original sound, style and music. They are widely regarded as one of the most popular Celtic-rock acts in the Shropshire region, winning Shropshire Music Awards for 2024 and 2025 consecutively. The band describes their music as “energetic, beer-drinking original material.” Their sound is characterised by a blend of traditional folk instruments and rock energy, making an impact from start to finish with their performances.

And the music continues on Sunday 19 July…

An Evening of Folk / Celtic / Americana

The Endings

The Endings are an energetic five-piece band based in Shropshire, known for their high-octane fusion of Celtic Rock with a unique original sound, style and music. They are widely regarded as one of the most popular Celtic-rock acts in the Shropshire region, winning Shropshire Music Awards for 2024 and 2025 consecutively.

The Shire-ish Rovers
A popular Shrewsbury based trio, The Shire-ish Rovers are a country-folk group, blending folk music with Irish and Americana to bring a joyful and foot-tapping energy to their performances.
Having performed at venues and festivals across the midlands, you can expect rip roaring versions of Pogues and Dubliners favourites through to Steve Earle and Mumford and Sons. Full on foot stomping folk bangers!

Two Blank Pages
Friends and bandmates since they were 12, Two Blank Pages have spent 20 years refining their sound but remain one of the most down-to-earth acts you’ll work with.
From the early days spent circuiting the pubs of the West Midlands to their highlights on the stages of Shrewsbury Folk Festival and Theatre Severn. The core trio delivers a live show built on acoustic energy and driven Banjo, often joined by Quantum Penguin, whose exciting fiddle work adds a layer of complexity to the performance.
Stomping rhythms, infectious melodies and compelling harmonies are underpinned by the band’s innate love for performing on stage together.
They write, record, and master everything they release, ensuring that the energy you hear on singles like “Ouroboros” and “Stoked the Fire” is exactly what you get when they step onto a stage.

The Rise Of The Beatles

The Rise Of The Beatles is a brand-new, unique, immersive and memorable celebration of the greatest group of all time.

Moving staunchly away from the standard tribute band format and presenting a fresh perspective that bridges the gap between concert show and theatrical narrative, The Rise of the Beatles follows John, Paul, George and Ringo – and a few others along the way – as they wind their way through Hamburg’s seedy backstreets, to Liverpool’s sweat-drenched Cavern Club, to a performance that shook the world as we knew it under the patronage of Ed Sullivan, and eventually changed the way live music is performed forever with incendiary shows at Shea Stadium and Candlestick Park.

Focusing on the band’s formative years rather than the well-trodden path towards their eventual dissolution, the show begins with an immersive and exciting peek into the 1957 village fete where the greatest songwriting partnership the world has ever seen began.

Traversing the influences of Elvis, Lonnie Donegan and Fats Domino, and utilising an authentic, curated selection of instruments from the time, this is as close to the skiffle craze of 1950s Britain as it’s possible to get.

From there, it’s a non-stop journey through the Beatles’ early catalogue and their unique blend of rock ’n’ roll, blues and tight vocal harmonies that shaped the sound of all pop music that followed. You’ll hear all your favourites – Please Please Me, Ticket to Ride, Yesterday – alongside a whole host of the cover versions that gave the Beatles the edge over all their contemporaries: You Really Got a Hold on Me, Hippy Hippy Shake, Ain’t She Sweet and so much more.

With each segment of the show punctuated with masterful narration courtesy of Martin Teall, The Rise of the Beatles not only presents a selection of music that simply isn’t played anywhere else, but also paints a vivid and evocative picture of what it was actually like to be there at the time and see it all unfold in front of you.

No funny wigs and absolutely no dodgy Liverpool accents. Just a completely peerless and utterly thrilling celebration of the making of the greatest group of all time.
