The Box Office at Telford International Centre will be open from one hour before until 30 minutes after each performance of Cinderella. You can see the performance times here.

Saturday 27 December – 10am to 4pm

Wednesday 31 December- 10am to 4pm
Thursday 1 January – closed
Friday 2 January- 10am to 4pm

If you are unable to attend a performance for any reason, we will exchange your tickets for another performance of the same event subject to availability. On single performances we cannot refund or exchange tickets. In the event of a sell-out show we may have a waiting list and will endeavour to sell returned tickets on your behalf. Tickets will not be refunded unless the show is cancelled.
The above ticket transactions will be subject to a £2 administration charge.
