ACCESSIBILITY
Access
If you are a wheelchair user, or have any special requirements, please contact Theatre Enquiries 01952 382370.
Telford Theatre provides an Adult Essential Companion Scheme for patrons who need somebody to assist them in accessing our services/facilities. Details and an application form are available here.
Please note that pushchairs and carry-seats cannot be accommodated in the auditorium. Children and babies must be transferred to seats or parents’ laps. Stewards will then store pushchairs and carry-seats until they are required at the interval or end of show. If you have special requirements and need to keep a pushchair with you during a performance, please inform Theatre Enquiries.
Hearing Impairment
For patrons who have hearing impairments the theatre has an infra-red system available. A refundable £10 deposit is requested when using the headsets. Please advise prior to performance if you have any special requirements. Details regarding signed performances can be found on each show listing on our website.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome.
REFRESHMENTS
Pre-show and interval drinks are available at the Theatre bar. Don’t forget to order interval drinks in advance on the slips provided. The Place bar also has a selection of crisps, sweets and ice creams.
The bar closes 10 minutes before the start of a performance.
